Groovy kinda of love...

I'm running on less than an hour of sleep so please ignore any typos or offbeat humor. ;) This was my "combo card" for SIYJ on Sunday night, my DH was insistent that I eat dinner at the table and spend at least 1 hour with him since he was leaving town Monday for work....so I missed the 2nd challenge, a monochromatic card. When I was allowed back in the stamp room I jumped right back on the computer and was able to make it in time for the sketch challenge so I decided to just do a monochromatic card for the sketch to make up for lost time. ;) The bonus is that I have now made my anniversary card for my DH so technically I'm ahead of the game for our 2 year anniversary in June!

What a beautiful color combination you used for this card, Jillian...it is very soft and romantic! And your coloring is just too perfect....how do you do it!?! The hair is really superb...it is very realistic! I can't imagine doing anything this well while being sleep deprived...you are AMAZING! I am envious of your blending and shading abilities, I can't find one dark line in this piece. OK...it's time for you to begin those 'coloring classes'...be sure and sign me up! Thanks for sharing with us. Hugs, Barb g
