A you freakin' kidding me?!?!?!
So I get a call this morning at 8am that our lender will not fund our loan until the gutters are cleaned, the loose tile in the bathroom is replaced, the toilet seal is replaced and the garage is swept. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! Is this seriously happening?!?!? On a house that we're BUYING?!?!!? We will do those things when we're in it, but BEFORE?!?!?! Someone please talk me down off the cliff otherwise I'm going to drive straight off it!!!

Don't they drive you crazy with wanting all the stupid things fixed. Your almost there just hang in there and think that it will be worth it once it's done. Remember you can always go on a little shopping spree to relieve the stress. Nothing like some new stamps just waiting for you to ink up. Hope it gets better soon. Congrats on the new house. :)
Take a deep breathe...........grab yer purse........and go girl. Must be something out there to sooth yer ruffled feathers. I might be wrong but........you would think the seller would have to fix these things in order to sell.........LOL. Like I said...........take a deep breath......it WILL all work out. I have a motto...........it will all come out in the wash.....and it usually does. I don't get too excited over these things. LOL

What the heck!!!! HELLO!!!! Call them back and ask if they want you to come give them neck massages too!! LOL. I swear....buying a house should NOT be so difficult! But best medicine is to laugh at it and play the silly little game. Wonder who would be liable if YOU got hurt working on the house that doesn't belong to you? hummm.....
RETARDED!! But hey it will be clean for sure & done right?? I hate the last little details. Oh & that one more thing they need; then one more; ugh! It will be great ! I promise & no jumpin sistah!!
They seriously did the same thing to my sister, but she had to redo the ceiling in the roof, scrape and paint all the window sills and the porch as well as replace some of the fixtures-on a house they didnt' even own yet!! Crazy stuff!!
That makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever. Surely they meant the owners needed to do it...but sweep the garage and toilet seat? Give me a break. Somebody must have had a bad morning. :)
